Stanislav is one of the founding partners of Affiniax Legal. He specialises in corporate and finance matters. He has extensive experience representing clients in private M&A and VC transactions, syndicated financings and Rule 144A and SEC registered debt and equity offerings. Stanislav also works along with litigation team in various arbitration and litigations matters.
Stanislav practiced with a number of international law firms (Herbert Smith Freehills, Paul Weiss Rifkind Wharton & Garrison and Clifford Chance) in Moscow, New York and London as well as Abdo Rafiq & Partners, a UAE law firm.
Stanislav holds a Juris Doctor degree from Columbia Law School, an LL.M. degree from New York University School of Law and a law degree from the Moscow State Institute of International Relations. He is admitted to practice in the State of New York and Russia.
