Alexandra is a qualified corporate lawyer from Cyprus. She has extensive knowledge and experience in corporate and commercial law representing large international clients in complex M&A transactions, drafting of Joint Venture and Shareholder Agreements as well as analysis and preparation of corporate governance documents.
Alexandra holds an LLB degree from Cardiff University and an LPC from the University of Exeter. She is admitted to practice by the Cyprus Bar Association.
