Akansha is qualified lawyer from India with considerable experience in the MEA region. She specializes in commercial contracts law, banking law, and corporate law.
Prior to joining Affiniax, she was an in-house counsel with ICICI Bank Limited, a leading Indian bank and was catering to their UAE, Bahrain, and South Africa legal requirements as a chief manager.
She has extensive experience in commercial banking & trade financing, data protection, regional legal compliance, policy making, and employee relations & labour laws.
